User Agreement

This text is a User Agreement between the online store www.bambetel.com.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store", and the user of the Online Store services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" and determines the terms of purchasing goods through the Online Store website.

1. Main provisions.
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing an order.
1.2. The information posted on the Online Store website contains the terms of the offer to purchase the goods and is a public offer, the status of which is enshrined in Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the offered goods.
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms stipulated by this Agreement by checking the box "I have read and agree to the rules of the Agreement" when placing an order.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods can make a purchase in the Online Store.
1.5. The goods are paid for upon delivery of the goods, by bank card using online acquiring or by cashless bank transfer.

2. Information about the goods.
2.1. The goods are presented in the catalog through photo samples, which are the property of the Online Store.
2.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by additional information: price, physical dimensions, material and description of the goods.
2.3. At the request of the Buyer, the Online Store manager is obliged to provide (by phone or via e-mail) additional information that is necessary and sufficient, from the Buyer's point of view, for him to make a decision to purchase the goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated on the website may be changed unilaterally by the Online Store.
2.5. In the event of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the Online Store Manager shall inform the Buyer about this at the first opportunity (by phone or e-mail) to obtain confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order shall be considered canceled.

3. Procedure for purchasing goods in the Online Store.
3.1. Orders are accepted through the Online Store and official pages on social networks.
3.2. The Buyer of the Online Store has the right to place an order for any goods presented on the Online Store website and available. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone, e-mail or placed independently on the website.
3.3. If the goods are not in stock, the company manager is obliged to notify the Buyer (by phone or e-mail).
3.4. If the goods are not in stock, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, refuse this product, or cancel the order.
3.5. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is sent to the Buyer by notifying the Online Store by phone or e-mail.

4. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer.
4.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the Online Store is carried out by courier services or Ukrposhta.
4.2 The ordered goods are shipped within 5 business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer (in case of impossibility of sending the goods within the specified time due to circumstances related to military challenges (prolonged absence of electricity at the production site, other delays), the Online Store is obliged to notify the Buyer of such circumstances (by phone or e-mail). Saturday, Sunday and officially recognized holidays are not included in the working days.
4.3. Together with the order, the Buyer is provided with the following documents:
a goods receipt or an invoice, a transport invoice (issued by the courier service during delivery).
4.4. The Buyer is obliged to accept the ordered goods in the presence of the courier or at the delivery point according to the quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods.
4.5. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment of the goods by the Buyer.
4.6. In the event of the Buyer's refusal of the order at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall pay the costs of the Online Store for delivery order.
4.6. The Buyer is not obliged to compensate the Online Store for the costs associated with the delivery of the order if, during the process of accepting the goods, it turns out that the goods delivered are of improper quality, quantity, assortment or completeness.

5. Payment for the order.
5.1. An order placed in the Online Store is paid for by the Buyer by bank transfer, bank card or cash transfer by courier service.
5.2. Payment for the order by non-cash payment must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the Online Store's current account within two business days from the date of order confirmation.
5.3. If funds are not received, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Procedure for returning goods of proper quality.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the time of receipt from the courier or at the point of issue.
6.2. The return of the goods to the Online Store is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, original factory packaging, product receipt or invoice, transport note are preserved.
6.3. The return of the goods to the Online Store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
6.4. When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, the Online Store returns the amount paid for the goods upon return of the goods, minus compensation for the store's costs associated with delivering the goods to the Buyer.

7. Procedure for returning goods purchased through the Online Store, if a hidden defect is detected, warranty service.
7.1. A warranty period is established for goods purchased in the Online Store, during which, in the event of a hidden defect being discovered in the goods, the Buyer has the right to free elimination of defects, a proportional reduction in the purchase price, replacement with goods of a similar model, with any other with an appropriate recalculation of the purchase price, return of the goods and receipt of money for them, in the manner established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. Return of goods to the Online Store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

8. Other.
8.1. The Online Store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, as well as suspend or terminate the sale of any goods at its own discretion.
8.2. This Agreement shall be considered in the form in which it is published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
